Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is 90 days from receipt of the Lug-All product. If 90 days have gone by since you received the Lug-All product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate the return process, email us at orders@lug-all.com or give us a call at 877-658-4255 with your name and order number. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to Lug-All without the necessary paperwork.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at this time. If your return is approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. If your return is not approved for a refund due to not being in unused condition or the original packaging, you can elect to have the item sent back to you or pay a damaged product charge determined by Lug-All at that time.

NON-STOCKING ITEMS

Items which are not kept in stock and were specifically manufactured for your purchase may incur a restocking charge up to 20% of your purchase price.

EXCHANGES

We will not accept exchanges, but an additional order may be placed for new items during the return process.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded when refunds are issued for a returned Lug-All product.
