IMPORTANT! - Notice Regarding Credit Card Policy

Effective immediately, LUG-ALL Corporation has changed its policy for accepting payment by credit card.

The credit card must be on file with our accounting department and must include the following information:

• Name on card
• Credit card type
  
• Billing address
  
• Expiration date of card
  
• Security code on back of card

The credit account must be charged and approved for the cost of the LUG-ALL Corporation invoice on the date of shipment.

In order to pay a past due account via a credit card, the payment shall include a finance charge of 2.5% per month.
